Advance Directives Explained.
Educating individuals on the importance of completing an advance directive to ensure that their personal and end of life wishes are known and honored.
Welcome to qrad
QRAD is the best solution to the problem of advance directive completion and universal storage because it addresses the need to educate individuals as well as physicians and other medical providers, to assist individuals in completing the documents, and to provide an effective way to store and subsequently locate these documents following completion.
“I have a healthcare directive not because I have a serious illness, but because I have a family.” -Dr. Ira Byock
What We Believe…
We believe that advance directive education and completion is fundamentally important because it is essential that people have their end of life wishes honored.
An advance directive is the means by which individuals designate who they choose to make medical decisions on their behalf, and also what decisions can be made if the individuals are unable to make their own decisions.
